Paul Kangas of Nightly Business Report interviews James Grant. Grant doesn't think the market is cheap yet. I loved the way Grant held firm on the question of oil by indicating he has no opinion on the subject. He recommends Fidelity National Finance, Wintergreen Fund, and Tocqueville Gold Fund.

How to Profit From Real Estate's Subprime Woes

Morningstar is looking for opportunites in the fear surrounding the non-prime lending industry and other real-estate based companies.

I don't see any particular value quite yet, but I'd be suprised if we don't see some fear induced mispricing in the coming months.
